To celebrate the life and work of [Annex resident] Jane Jacobs, champion of the livable city, this tour will include a visit to a couple of downtown buildings that embrace her philosophies.
The highlight of the tour will be breathtaking views of the city from rooftops that have been transformed into a garden oasis. A second downtown tour is planned for the Annex (Bloor/Spadina) on May 10.
