If you are in the market for artwork about where you live, skilled local artist and painting instructor, Lanny Shereck, creates urban streetscapes of Toronto using photo-collage and acrylic. One in particular caught my eye, "Bathurst and Bloor". His site, which is currently being updated, is definitely worth a look even if just to see the Annex from another perspective.
