Shooting Follow Up

We BLOGged about the July 17th shooting on Brunswick, north of Bloor shortly after it happened.
Since then, I've seen an article or two about it here and there, including this brief follow up, but that's it.
Has anyone heard any further details? And I'm just wondering why there's been so little new information?

Violence in our Neighbourhood

Just passed by Bloor and Brunswick in a cab to find crowds of people on the street and police cars and ambulances descending with urgency.
It looks like a young man was shot. I hope the outcome is not fatal.
