Article About Bloor Street Visioning Study

In case you missed it, there was an interesting article in The Globe and Mail by John Bentley Mays about a recent meeting devoted to "City Hall's latest "visioning" study, to be conducted by Office for Urbanism, of the portion of Bloor Street dearest to them, from University Avenue to Bathurst Street. (The study area will later be extended west to Christie Street.)"
It's a good read.
Cheers,

World Clock & What Canadians Think About Everything

Woke up to, well, a blizzard, basically. I get so tired of the weather forecasters predicting blizzards that turn out to be 2 inches of snow that I half ignore them now, so it took me a bit by surprise!
Anyway, seems like a good day to stay in, if you can, so that makes it a good day for a Websites We Love blog.
A buddy sent this link along to me: http://www.poodwaddle.com/worldclock.swf.
It's a fascinating, if a bit grim, world clock.
Since you'll likely be housebound most of the day, I'll throw this one in, too: What Canadians Think About Everything, which another buddy sent along.
Turns out I don't know THAT much about the mindset of my fellow Canadians, but it's a fun time-waster.
Stay warm!
Vanessa
