For those of you with green thumbs who would like to share your wealth, the Toronto Public Space Committee's Guerilla Gardeners have a bunch of events planned for the spring season and everyone is welcome to attend.They bill themselves as people who vandalize the city with nature as they plant seeds and seedlings in neglected corners of public space. Gotta love it!
Events include:
- April 12th - Seed bombs and little signs preparation
- April 24th - Seed bombing...... heh heh
- May 4th – 1st Planting - East end
- May 18th – 2nd Planting - Downtown
- May 31st – 3rd Planting - West end
- June 21st – Night planting for summer solstice (Kensington)
