Admittedly, this has nothing to do with The Annex or Seaton Village, but I'm posting it anyway!
Avaaz.org has an online petition going to "stand with Tibet and support the Dalai Lama."
So let's file this under "websites we love."
I've been a member of Avaaz for awhile now and occasionally get asked to sign petitions like this one. It's fast, easy and effective.
Here's the group's stated mission:
"Avaaz.org is a new global web movement with a simple democratic mission: to close the gap between the world we have, and the world most people everywhere want."
Who can argue with that logic?
