Jean Sibelius Square Off-leash Status

As of January 1st, Jean Sibelius Square is no longer considered an official off-leash area (OLA) for dogs. While dogs are welcome in the park on-leash, after extensive community consultation and a City assessment of the OLA, the status was changed. Because of this change, some members of the community, are looking into alternate sites for off-leash dog areas in the Annex.
